Over the past 20 years I’ve worked across advertising agencies, corporate leadership roles, and independent consulting — helping businesses bring structure to their marketing, develop creative campaigns, and turn ideas into action.
Today, through my consultancy Studio MdC, I partner with organisations that want thoughtful strategy, strong creative thinking, and practical execution.

I work with organisations to develop marketing strategies that support real business goals — from launching new products and services to strengthening brand presence in existing markets.
This includes defining priorities, structuring campaigns and identifying the right mix of marketing activity.
Strategic Campaign Development
This is where strategy becomes visible.
Drawing on my background in creative agencies and marketing leadership roles, I help develop and oversee campaigns that communicate clearly and bring the strategy to life.
Depending on the project, I work directly with internal teams or collaborate with trusted designers, agencies and suppliers to ensure everything is executed well.
Studio MdC
Studio MdC is my independent strategic consultancy.
I work closely with a small number of organisations each year, partnering with leadership teams on brand strategy, marketing direction and key growth initiatives.
My role often sits somewhere between strategist, advisor and creative collaborator — helping organisations see the bigger picture while ensuring the details are executed properly.
The focus is simple: clear thinking, strong ideas, and practical implementation.
A Bit About Me
- I started my career working as a creative art director/copywriter and account executive, at two of Barbados’ leading advertising agencies.
- I eventually moved into a global organisation as Group Marketing Manager, where I gained experience leading marketing across multiple markets.
- Since establishing my independent practice, I’ve worked with businesses across real estate, hospitality, energy, retail, professional services and lifestyle brands — helping them shape their marketing strategy and bring campaigns to life.
